According to recent research, human beings start showing signs of higher-level thinking skills at the age of four-and-a-half years. So once you cross this age, you will be faced with a situation almost every day for the rest of your life when you will find yourself standing at a junction with one way leading left and the other right.

The decisions that you may be required to take may be as simple as ‘should I wear this or that?’ or ‘can I say this or not?’ or more complex ones such as ‘should I choose this career or that?’ or ‘will my life be better in this place or that place?’.
Of the two ways ahead of you, it can never happen that both options are equally good for you. One would always be the better than the other. Don’t keep standing at the junction for too long. Don’t put one leg each on each path. Weigh your options and get going along the preferable path.
A clearer life is a simpler life.
