What are the good habits that I should include in my daily routine which can change my life?


  • Never skip breakfast.

  • Drink water in the morning.

  • Do not drink water half an hour before or after having food.

  • Make ginger and turmeric a part of your daily diet.

  • Have at least one meal with the family.

  • Declutter your home and workplace. A new item comes in. A useless one goes out.

  • Make a plan - a short term and a long term. Be on it every day.

  • Set goals for the day in the morning.

  • Spend time every day on learning a new thing. (Doesn’t mean a new thing a day.)

  • Make saving money and investing a habit. You will thank compound interest when you grow up.
