What are the good habits that I should include in my daily routine which can change my life?
Never skip breakfast.
Drink water in the morning.
Do not drink water half an hour before or after having food.
Make ginger and turmeric a part of your daily diet.
Have at least one meal with the family.
Declutter your home and workplace. A new item comes in. A useless one goes out.
Make a plan - a short term and a long term. Be on it every day.
Set goals for the day in the morning.
Spend time every day on learning a new thing. (Doesn’t mean a new thing a day.)
Make saving money and investing a habit. You will thank compound interest when you grow up.
